The Search Technology team is passionate about making it even better. We are looking for a top-notch senior engineering leader to take our Quality Engineering Group to the next level.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Establishes quality objectives and priorities for multiple QE teams
Identify process, technology challenges and deficiencies that need to be addressed and drive those changes to successful adoption
Partner with Product Development, Product Management, and Operations to drive business goals
Work effectively with other QE Leadership across the company to implement common processes and tools
Hire, train, and mentor QE talent, and promote technical advancement and overall quality assurance effectiveness of employees


Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or comparable fields. Master's degree preferred
5+ years in a leadership and management position in software engineering and quality
Excellent organizational skills to plan and execute QA activities on multiple concurrent releases.
Manage multiple competing priorities while driving resolution and getting results
Experience with implementing and maintaining automated testing initiatives, and knowledgeable of various software development methodologies and testing strategies
highly effective communicator and problem solver with ability to assess and concisely communicate technical and project risks

Basic Qualifications:
BS in CS/EE (or comparable fields) plus 10 years of relevant work experience
