Director, Consumer Products Finance
Location: Glendale, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and optimize forecasting process for Consumer Products, including reviewing and preparing consolidated financial deliverables. Partner with current Finance Director and Corporate Finance to set expectations and organize activities, working towards deliverable dates.
Lead deck development for financial reviews with Sr. Management including consolidation of information from business teams
Key business partner for LBE and Retail Development businesses; partnering with leadership teams to provide financial and strategic support.
Develop business insights and analysis capabilities to support competitive bench marking, dashboard development and key performance metrics
Manage budgets for Creative and Franchise Teams.
Manage Participations calculations for CP specific participants.
Manage Ultimates development and partner with Corp Finance on studio wide process.
Lead Hyperion Planning implementation in partnership with existing Finance Director and IT.
Support month and quarter-end close in partnership with Accounting team.
Key contact to Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.
Supervise team of three to assure timely completion of assignments and continued professional development.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years’ experience in Finance.
Previous experience in consulting / consumer products / finance / retail mgmt.
Licensing finance experience preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Hyperion, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare and present information to support decision making.
Strong business and analytical skills, with ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Capable of leading and managing an array of initiatives from project initiation through final presentation.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop positive, effective relationships with other departments/business partners.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Able to communicate effectively with senior management.
Experience leading a team, teaching and developing staff.
