- Develop and manage large and critical technology budgets and the budgeting process

- Demand quality and predictability from engineering teams via partnership and lightweight process

- Set the operating rhythm for the organization by driving, refining, and leading all hands, staff meetings, town halls, and communication

- Improve our hiring efforts by managing and improving our staffing and recruiting plans and collaborating with our recruiting teams

- Push all teams in engineering to focus on leadership and talent development in conjunction with HR

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

· At least 2 Year of experience in process management

· At least 2 years of experience in project management

· At least 2 years of experience managing visible projects

· At least 2 years of experience in communications planning and development

· At least 2 years of experience in staff management and staff training

Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Masters degree in Information Technology Management

• 5+ years of experience in managing cross-functional team members

• 2+ years of experience in organizational development and performance

• 2+ years of experience in budget management
