We are seeking a great leader for our internationalization and localization efforts. The person in this role will lead the teams that create a great local experience for over 20 languages today, while growing that effort by more than 10 languages per year.
You will embrace continuous localization of the fluid Netflix product across web applications, mobile apps, and television apps running on thousands of devices, as well as for materials in customer service, public relations and marketing. You will lean forward into developing technology solutions to increase speed and scale. You will develop innovative means of regularly assessing the subjective quality of our localized experiences.

Requirements:
Experience leading localization at a similar or greater scale than where Netflix is today
Experience leading a culturally and geographically diverse worldwide team
10 years of experience in the localization industry
Progressive use of technology to solve problems. Continuous localization, continuous deployment, continuous integration.
