Apple is seeking an experienced Sales Training and Development Manager to support the Search Ads team. This individual has a passion for helping in the development of world-class sales and account management teams and related curriculum in a fast paced environment.
A successful candidate will have strong communication and inter-personal skills, be highly organized, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently to meet timelines and business objectives. You will have a proven track record of creating and delivering world class training programs
Key Qualifications
3 years sales/account management training experience in B2B, tech or other knowledge intensive field
Experience developing sales training curriculum for search, media, technically dense and/or data oriented products
An organized, methodical personality and excellent communication skills are crucial
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in the mobile app space along with start-up experience is a plus.
Description
- Work closely with Search Ads leadership team to create and execute world class training curriculum for all new hires on Search Ads team. - Develop ongoing learning curriculum for both sales and account management functions. - Develop reference collateral and learning tools to support ongoing training plans - Support new product launches with training plans to help drive adoption by the sales and account management team - Partner with and support Sales Managers in driving improved sales performance within their teams - Create and deliver compelling sales training sessions
Education
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
