Reporting to the CISO, the Director of Enterprise Security will lead efforts to security the company’s digital assets. You will be responsible for leading the effort to ensure corporate and engineering employees are highly productive while improving our security posture. You will lead three functional security areas: Operations, Architecture, and Engineering.
You’ll partner with teams across the company including IT, Network, Engineering, and Legal to help us protect over a billion users.

A Lot About You
Your Day
Lead a team of operations engineers running company-wide security services, especially those dealing with identity, access, and PKI, technologies
Lead a team of corporate security engineers who are responsible for the security of endpoints, networks, applications, 3rd party reviews, and various controls
Lead a team of seasoned hands-on architects who will help set and refine the security roadmap, including network, storage, crypto, and identity systems
With the above teams, lead improvements across all our enterprise technologies
Collect, analyze, and present security metrics

You Must Have
Detailed knowledge of attacker lifecycles and defender strategies
Experience mitigating social engineering
Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting security metrics
Demonstrated experience creating, deploying, and managing a security vision, partnering with end-users
Experience with technologies and processes such as networks, encryption, vulnerability management, identity and access management, endpoint management, risk management, governance, and so on
Experience with security frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001/2
Experience managing fleets of Windows, Mac, and Linux-based operating systems
