Job Description
SaaS Platform Product Director for Lyric Connected Home System. Serve as cloud product owner for connected home and create roadmap for future. Manage the existing cloud that hosts thermostats deployed in market. Be the product owner for data infrastructure. Build the SaaS model for connected home. Lead the coordination of product and service roadmaps across multiple product line managers to deliver a leading connected home system. Work with product line managers to define, deliver and support the Connected Home Platform. Conduct quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
Develop technical operational cost models, forecasts and metrics. Work with large scale web infrastructure, perform marginal cost and average cost analysis for large web scale infrastructure service as well as capacity and revenue forecasting of large web scale infrastructure. Work with engineering in pricing of large web scale infrastructure. Understand metrics impacting capital investment for large web infrastructure. Build products to improve or grow platform by working with cross-functional team. Develop business plans and product/service positioning in the marketplace and act as interface with Technology, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Operations and business management in order to create a product/service plan or business model.

REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in a technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; and four (4) years of experience in one or a combination of the following technology fields:
Software Development or Cloud Applications. Prior experience must include:
basic scripting using Hive, R, Python, MySQL; visualization tools such as R and Tableau; data analysis using MySQL on large datasets; and four (4) years experience in one or a combination of related business fields:
product marketing, product management, product development, marketing, data analysis, finance or strategic marketing. Approximately 25% travel required.
