Position Summary
Leadership within the CIO Technology PMO responsible for delivering programs/projects considered strategic to the Office of the CIO including all projects associated with the IT Portfolio of work. Will partner with other Program Managers leading Imperative Initiatives, and will support the deployment and delivery of CIO Services. Contribute to overall direction of Digital River inclusive and outside of primary department.
Responsibilities
Team leadership delivering and implementing staff communications, decisions and roadmap items.
Program management oversight for Initiatives that are considered strategic to the Office of the CIO
Management oversight for Programs / Projects delivering IT services and support across multiple business units and delivery teams.
Research and drive department wide changes with measureable ROI
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience
10+ Years Program / Project Management Work Experience, Previous Software Development Lifecycle Experience Preferred, Knowledge of current Information Technology practices and delivery strategies
Requirements
Advanced understanding of Digital River systems and ecosystem. Able to diagram system flows across multiple areas.
Strong Business Acumen preferred

Travel to client sites speaking to senior level of management
Strong understanding of IT systems infrastructure.
Experience in MS Project required.
Experience in SAP Project & Portfolio Management a plus
Strong PC skills (Word and Excel).
Education
4 Year Degree in Business, Technology or Computer Science.
