National Account Sales
Responsible for Direct Sales of ADP Reimbursement Services; FSA, COBRA, Commuter Benefit and Employee Reimbursements to National Account size clients and prospects in an assigned territory.
Skills
Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales results at or above assigned sales quota.
• Have expertise in the products and services that will be sold as well as the full benefit suite of services
• Have knowledge of supporting and interoperable solutions
• Work as a supporting partner to Benefit and Territory quota carriers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process of Reimbursement Services
• Establish effective relationships with influencers and broker partners.
• Achieve greater penetration of the existing product distribution and introduce additional products as required.
• Develop and provide leads for cross-selling opportunities with QC partners.
• Support contract negotiations and engage in conflict resolution as needed
• Provide information regarding significant developments in our products and marketplace to supported ADP teams, partners and influencers.
• Communicate, coordinate and develop internal relationships with all stakeholders to increase sales penetration, profits and margins.
