We are currently seeking a Manager or Sr. Manager Global Mobility Advisory Services to join us in our Seattle office.
KPMG's International Executive Services (IES) practice strives to help companies as they work to manage their international assignment programs. When our clients send their employees on international assignment, KPMG professionals provide proactive planning ideas and advise clients on international human resources and tax best practices. IES provides compliance, advisory, and administration services to help support our clients' businesses and assignees.
Responsibilities for both positions:
• Manage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients
• Manage service deliver utilizing KPMG technology tools and according to standards established by service level agreements
• Coordinate projects and work with Partners on expatriate program proposals/business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies
• Manage client fee arrangements
• Coordinate and conduct periodic client meetings
• Review compensation balance sheets, assignment cost projections, assignment agreements and equalizations
• Conduct client specific global mobility training for staff
• Mentor and coach staff
• Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization
• Deliver tax technical training related to expatriate employees
