We are looking for a marketing leader to bring passion, an analytic-mindset and innovation to our growing marketing team. You will own the campaign strategy for the one of the top 10 fastest growing B2B tech companies of the last 30 years. You will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and critical driver in our effort to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. We are looking for someone with a dynamic, confident personality with the ability to influence & successfully drive projects with minimal guidance. We are looking for someone who loves data and nerds out on data enrichment & modeling, and ultimately increasing conversion and engaged prospects.
This position requires a unique blend of marketing operations, creative integrated marketing, analytics, people management and project management expertise. You will define the strategy for generating our sales pipeline, deciding how to propel prospects through the buyer’s journey of awareness, consideration, decision, success, and post-sale expansion. You’ll partner with our product marketing and content team to define and execute integrated metrics-driven campaigns. You will manage, coach and continue to build a team of high-performing marketers. We’re looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and jump right in!

What You'll Do

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the integrated marketing strategy and events. Track, measure and report against objectives.
Improve strategy continuously by measuring performance and cost per acquisition, adjusting the channel mix and messages as necessary.
Continually optimize program performance and quality by leveraging best practices in digital marketing including; digital asset design and layout, creative design, and marketing copy
Lead a hybrid team of marketing functions including digital marketing, operations and web developers to execute quality campaigns
Develop creative multi-touch programs to drive segments of prospects through a unique buyer’s journey including email nurture, behavioral targeting, and webinars
Develop and execute an account-based-marketing strategy in conjunction with the Vertical Sales executives
Support sales effectiveness for follow up on campaigns, including email templates, scripts, and campaign briefs
Own our marketing technology stack including Eloqua, Bizible, Domo and supporting technologies
Standardize the campaign planning
Communicate with marketing, executive staff, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results.
What We're Looking For

10+ years experience in demand generation for deeply technical companies through integrated campaigns, event creation and management
5+ years of experience in management
High energy, passionate, innovative, creative, exceptional influencer
Passion for being a thought leader in B2B marketing, a big plus
Driven by analytics and metrics, with a desire to launch, learn, and iterate to continually improve programs
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc) and excel/powerpoint.
Experience with SFDC, running reports, campaign management and lead management
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
