Comcast is seeking a Senior Director, Acquisition Marketing to join its Marketing leadership team. As an accomplished marketing executive, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire new mobile customers across key segments and sales channels, in addition to leading our national promotions to drive customer growth.

In this role, you will combine strategic marketing thought leadership with flawless execution to achieve sales goals during critical promotional campaigns. You'll be responsible for working with business leads and cross-functional partners across the enterprise to build and execute marketing plans to drive units, traffic and revenue across all sales channels. We're looking for a candidate who is excited to play a key role in the future of promotional and channel marketing for the XFINITY brand and can serve as a passionate champion collaborating and performing successfully with many groups including sales, marketing communications, operations, field marketing and external promotion partners.

The position requires a proven track record of building successful marketing programs to acquire new customers and increase penetration among key market segments. To succeed, you will be able to establish strategic goals and rally support and resources internally and externally, at all levels, to meet them.

Responsibilities:

- Craft the strategic vision for our major acquisition and promotional marketing programs, developing the short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps for these programs to achieve demand and sales objectives. Responsible for driving key business metrics such as gross/net adds and market penetration within key segments.

- Flawlessly execute our national promotions, leading strategy, execution and results tracking/analysis. Coordinate closely with consumer marketing peers, sales channels, marketing communications and field marketing.

- Partner with cable counterparts to develop integrated promotions to support mobile growth targets and core business (cable, internet) objectives

- Direct annual and seasonal marketing planning and execution based on overall brand seasonal strategies taking into account unique needs and opportunities of key prospect segments. Includes partnering across the business to guide mass media and direct marketing programs that drive growth and lead generation/acquisition.

- Serve as mobile strategic lead and subject matter expert for promotional and segment marketing efforts across the organization, advising and partnering with marketing communications, media, customer experience, field marketing, direct marketing, and others as needed.

- Manage marketing budget for national promotions, university marketing and other major prospect marketing programs.

Experience and Desired Skills:

- Bachelors and/or Masters degree or equivalent experience

- 10-15 years of marketing experience in a business-to-consumer environment, passion for promotional marketing to drive topline business growth. Experience with growing new businesses preferred.

- Deep experience developing and executing marketing strategies to grow new customer acquisition, ideally in a subscription-based business

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, understand business challenges and recommend effective implementation plans designed to drive results

- Big picture thinker that can drive change, championing a vision and bringing it to live by executing short, medium and long term tactical plans

- Proven track record working with and influencing cross-functional teams, as well as establishing an internal network of relationships at all levels of the organization to drive results

- Ability to drive change and performance in a matrixed, consensus-based organization where successful collaboration and communication are required at all levels

- Demonstrated success in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fun but fast paced and changing environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong executive presence
