The Smarter Workforce Sales Director oversees all sales strategy and execution of the Smarter Workforce Portfolio with both direct and indirect sales through business partners. Must have strong collaboration skills, experience calling on line of business sales, experience with SaaS based sales and delivery models, familiarity with CHRO buyer, experience with at least one of the following: Survey, Assessments and Acquisition and Learn. Lead go-to-market strategy, drive deal execution, customer retention, and supports solution design & effectiveness in partnership with the offering team. Oversee the above market Kenexa SMEs.
