Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic worldwide communications plans.
Partner with multiple external PR agencies around the world.
Act as the senior communications expert for our executives, employees, students, instructors, and customers.
Develop a consistent, continually updated set of communications tools for internal and external use.
Set strategy and own speaking and awards programs.
Drive corporate social media program.
Work with Employee Success on Internal Communications, including company All-Hands and employee communications.
Manage and mentor internal PR team.

Requirements

7-10 years professional experience in Communications, Public Relations, and Media Relations.
Agency and in-house PR experience, including experience building and managing an in-house team.
Outstanding communications and interpersonal relationship skills.
Quick, skillful, and detail-oriented manager.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Tenacity for execution and delivery.
BA/BS degree.
Experience working with international media and PR a distinct plus.
