Drive execution of Apple’s global enterprise strategy within the carrier channel; work with the carriers to deliver relevant solutions for business customers on iOS; position, evangelize and implement Apple’s commercial programs such as the Mobility Partner Program (MPP)

Enterprise sales management experience is required; inside/outside or field team management
Extensive experience working in or with the US telco industry
Proven track record of driving sales and developing Carrier business in the B2B space
Excellent analytical agility with the ability to convert data into business intelligence while staying focused on the overall objective
Experience driving strategic negotiations at senior level within the carrier/telecom environment
Strategic capability to scale sales in the US telco industry by laying out go to market objectives and other strategic initiatives for the company
Description
• Work with Apple teams and the carrier’s regional management to leverage resources and collaborate on program implementation • Ensure the strategy is effectively communicated out to Apple’s field sales organization • Establish performance measurements, track performance and provide constructive feedback to Apple and carrier teams • Develop and maintain the highest customer satisfaction standards to ensure increased Apple market share • Create an effective enablement strategy that drives scale for Apple’s solutions programs in the carrier channel • Accountable for forecasting, budget control, investment measurement and the business planning process • Measure the results of all activities and report as appropriate • Perform all people management activities for staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management; encourage professional development through job assignments and training
Education
Role requires a BS/BA degree; MBA preferred
