Senior Director, Data Integration Product Management

This role is a senior level position that requires the candidate to work closely with Product Development, Field Sales, Marketing, and also directly with Customers and Partners to evangelize the products and help product development define requirements and drive the vision for future product enhancements and new innovations. The role will require:

Lead cross functional teams to specify actionable, multi-year product line plans and requirements in the Data Integration Cloud
Working with global sales organizations to evangelize and position new Cloud products from Data Integration and Big Data Solution areas.
Working with partners to enable the extended community to implement these Cloud solutions
Bringing thought leadership and working with Industry business unit leaders to position these new Cloud solutions to the marketplace
Lead and manage field and customer advisory boards, strategy councils to gather requirements and translate them into new product innovations and features
Be the voice of the customer to R&D and product development

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements & Background
15+ Years Experience with Data Integration technologies working with customers, partners, and product solutions
Deep real world experience in Data Integration Cloud marketplace
Executive experience leading Product Management for a Data Integration Cloud product offering
Strong background in Big Data, BI, Mobile, and Advanced Analytics technologies
Experience working with senior leadership internally and externally
Strong presentation and communication skills
Education: Engineering or Business Management. Masters/MBA preferred
International experience selling data integration in multiple geographies a plus
Consultative selling experience a plus
