The American Express Incident Response Organization is responsible for detecting, responding, and investigating cybersecurity incidents affecting the company. This group is on the forefront of detecting incidents and coordinating response across the enterprise. The Director for Incident Management is responsible for: •Leading the Security Operations Center’s 24X7 Incident management team.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in managing a 24/7 global incident response team and leading cyber crisis response teams. Direct Experience with Archer Incident Tracking System, Security Analytics, and security infrastructure (HIPS, IPS, Firewalls, Proxy, etc.) BS/BA Degree required in Information Security, Computer Science, or STEM CISSP or CISM or GIAC preferred.
