Senior Director Global Digital Coca-Cola Company Atlanta

Job Description
The Global Sr. Director Digital will be a key leader of the Coca-Cola Company’s Global Digital Ecosystem. As we have defined KO’s digital strategy as “KO
2
: the digital amplification of our physical business”, this position will be the lead for a selection of key digital big bets for our company. In addition, this position will also be the digital lead for the Med-Latin cluster and responsible for capability building in the markets of this cluster. Finally, this position will lead the integration of the various KO venturing models, driving cross-functional alignment.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
Lead digital strategy implementation and business planning process for the assigned clusters; assist with authorship (20%)
Global lead for 2 of the 10 Digital big bets for The Coca-Cola Company: Lead a cross-functional team to develop the vision and innovation pipeline. Work with key outside digital partners and pilot markets to incubate solutions. (50%)
Lead the Digital Capability efforts for the Med-Latin cluster (15%)
Assist with strategic integration of the Coca-Cola Company’s venture models into 1 single coherent approach (15%)

Financial Scope
Annual budget: direct oversight over approx. $3M in development of digital Big Bets + stewardship of digital investments in the markets of the Med-Latin cluster. (Budget TBC)

Job scope:
Reposition the digital function inside TCCC.
Rebuild the digital community.
Co-create the digital marketing strategy and digital BPs under the KO digital vision.
Support annual business and connection planning.
Lead the development and implementation of global digital big bets.
Support expansion of BU digital programs.
Collaborate with accelerator and incubator programs across the BUs to simplify its success and expansion.
Develop extended marketing team capabilities of digital marketing.
Share internal and external best practices.
Work with agency and digital innovation partners to detect the best talent and ideas.
Complete strategic partnerships with technological and media companies.

This position leads a cross-functional team on digital big bets and requires strong leadership skills to influence the digital, marketing, IT, CCL, K&I and R&D communities within TCCC.

Key Job Requirements/qualifications
15+ years of relevant work experience within digital marketing or digital media.
Experience working for global or regional teams in large corporations.
Experience in managing relationship with internal & external suppliers and partners
Experience in managing products within a large and diverse region spread geographically with different cultural outlooks.
Comfortable navigating complex, matrix organizations.

Technical and Professional Skills:
Solid knowledge of digital media and technologies.
Up-to-date in digital and technological trends.
Clear understanding of marketing and communication.
