Job Description
The Director, Program Management reports directly to the Vice President, Corporate Initiatives and is responsible for program management of TWC’s highest priority corporate initiatives. This role has consistent exposure to senior management and all corporate functions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Program management of highest priority Corporate InitiativesOversee the development of project management work plans to track the development and deployment of the company’s highest priority initiatives. Address all areas of project management including issue management, risk mitigation, etc.Conduct meetings with Product, Operations, IT, Engineering, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, etc. to monitor, update and report on high priority initiatives.Ensure that senior management (SVP level & above) is aware of program status and risks. Assemble appropriate personnel in timely fashion to mitigate project jeopardies and facilitate schedule and/or budget remedy.Manage internal personnel and external vendors and contractors.

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate regularly with senior-level executives (i.e. SVP level and above).Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.Works effectively in a matrix oriented work environment.Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work with minimal supervision, applying one’s own techniques and initiative to develop or enhance processes and procedures.

Education/Experience Required

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.Minimum 16 years of program and project management experience, including 11+ years in leadership roles.
