Provide leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the Client Services organization has the proper operational controls, reporting procedures, contract management, and client services team design in place to ensure operating efficiency and financial viability of each client account, and most importantly, establish the necessary processes and controls to ensure delivery of superior service to all clients of BEN, while accelerating business growth.

Day-to-day

Collaborate with the senior management team, as well as HR, Legal and Finance, to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
Review and evaluate the business line’s operational performance on a continual basis and establish proper measures of performance and variance to plan.
Work with EVP Client Services, senior Client Services Management team, and Finance to produce budgets and forecasts that reflect transactional and departmental P&L, invoicing, and account details; produce reporting on performance; analyze variances and define action plans for improving results.
Develop organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to the Account Manager and lead principal; establish functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Responsible for tracking overall gross profit and revenue targets, while meeting client service needs and customer satisfaction objectives, of all assigned accounts within the area of responsibility.
Analyzes operating practices and results relative to established objectives, makes recommendations to improve service levels or correct procedural problems and ensures that appropriate steps are taken in a timely manner to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
Aligns work processes, structure, and systems to meet customer needs, establishing clear team economics that align with the scope and size of the engagement.
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range contracts, including commercial subscription agreements, amendments, service level/support agreements, consultant agreements, and non-disclosure agreements-contracts/legal operations.
Ability to assist in negotiating deals on behalf of BEN, representing the best interests of the company.

NOTES:
5 years experience
Degree in Operations, Legal, Finance or a related field
Must understand basic contract terms and how to redline an agreement
Meticulously detail oriented
Able to work with a wide array of personalities and levels
Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word, is necessary
Able to travel
