We are looking for a seasoned Director or Senior Manager of Analytics (with 10+ years of relevant work experience) to lead a team of analysts that supports PayPal’s Global Card & Bank Platforms. This position will play a key management role partnering with our internal Card & Bank Platform product teams. In addition, the role will set the direction and strategy for tracking and monitoring the KPI health metrics of our Card & Bank Platforms and identifying key opportunities for improvement. The position will be based in our PayPal San Jose office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of analysts supporting PayPal’s Card and Bank Platforms.
Define and own Card and Bank Platform Health KPI metric definitions
Track, measure, and report out all Card and Bank Platform Health global & regional KPI trends on a weekly basis. Also responsible for understanding/explaining drivers for major changes in these trends.
Create and own the plan to develop a robust reporting infrastructure to track and measure key Global Card and Bank Platform Health KPI’s. Will also recommend on how best to prioritize and sequence investments in this area.
Responsible for the analytic opportunity sizing, launch performance tracking, and post launch impact analysis of global Card and Bank Platform initiatives.
Track and measure impact of Card and Bank Platform global customer experience issues.
Create and own the plan to develop a robust infrastructure to monitor, alert, diagnose, and remedy Card and Bank Platform customer experience issues. Will also recommend on how best to prioritize and sequence investments in this area.
