The Hansen's Supply Chain Leader is responsible for complete oversight of all Hansen's brand supply chain functions including customer care, order management, procurement, quality control, inventory management, contract manufacturing, production planning, materials planning, warehousing, and logistics. This role will be responsible for closely collaborating with the broader CCNA supply chain team to execute all transactions.to ensure uninterrupted customer service and will also support The Coca Cola Company's (TCCC) integration strategy in coordination with various TCCC supply chain function leaders.

Function Specific Activities:

Work directly with CCNA team on multiple transactional levels to ensure uninterrupted customer service (customer care, order management, procurement, quality control, inventory management, contract manufacturing, production planning, materials planning, warehousing, and logistics).
Develop strong working relationships and working knowledge with key CCNA supply chain managers to facilitate fulfillment strategy and daily transactions.
Provide oversight and leadership on higher level demand, supply and production planning activities.
Oversee new product development for Hansen's brands. Support new sku migration into VEB Stages & Gates and TCCC systems.
Attend and contribute at institutionalized demand, supply and production planning sessions.
Collaborate with TCCC supply chain leaders on the integration strategy.
Provide local leadership for the integration strategy.
Support delivery of core supply chain metrics in cost and service (OOS, On Time Delivery, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Variance)
Develop and report on the appropriate metrics for Supply Chain including updates on Hansen's service and TCCC integration progress.
Identify, gain alignment and execute cost saving activities.
Continuously transition between TCCC and brand commercial teams. Represent Hansen's supply chain operations/performance to local TCCC Business Unit.

Direct all areas encompassed in operations including: supply chain, inventory, quality control, product development and customer service/order fulfillment.
Total responsibility for manufacturing and delivery of our products.
Leading and driving continuous improvements in: Product cost, yields, quality and reliability; manufacturing cycle times and on time delivery; Inventory accuracy and control; logistics cost; capacity planning and production planning; supplier relationships and price negotiates (within KO frameworks)
Helping to qualify new suppliers
Technical Skills:

Contingency Planning: Knowledge of information used to establish contingency plans for supply chain processes (e.g., cost, risk level, manufacturing and third party capabilities). Ability to develop contingency plans that meet performance requirements
Relationship Management (Suppliers, Contractors, Bottlers, Partners): Knowledge of third party supplier/contractor corporate cultures and core competencies. Ability to influence third party supplier/contractor relationship to benefit KO. Knowledge of Bottler/Partner culture and business priorities. Ability to influence Bottler/Partner relationship with KO.
Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.
Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels using statistical models to design min/max/reorder levels. Knowledge of asset management procedures, policies and information used to optimize inventory levels and/or fill rates (e.g., balance inventory levels against inventory carrying costs).
Determining Financial Impact: Understanding the financial consequences of decisions; understanding economic value for the system; acting as an owner of the business and making decisions that ensure long-term value
Logistics Management: Ability to strategically align distribution processes to fulfill customer requirements (e.g., configuration of supply chain). Basic knowledge of supply chain integration, logistics network designs, transportation management and warehouse management best practices. Knowledge and understanding of INCO Terms. Ability to use supply chain knowledge to negotiate freight rates. Knowledge of geography for use in logistics and transportation decision-making
Total System Cost: Knowledge of assigning costs to activities in order to evaluate supply chain cost improvement opportunities. Knowledge of total cost (e.g., shipping, warehousing, inventory levels) in addition to invoice cost.
Order Management: Ability to match invoices and POs and process through the KO system. Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable practices within the KO system.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of experience with CPG company, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Program Management or Engineering.
PREFERRERD EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

MBA
15 years of experience
Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems including strategic planning, operational manufacturing & distribution network, Sales &Operations planning, Program Management, Supply Planning and KO products.
Function Specific Knowledge and Skills:

Distribution: Knowledge of distributor/distribution policies and procedures. Ability to understand costs/benefits of distributors and common carriers, third party capabilities, and distribution structures to support customer order processes, and product availability
Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels using statistical models to design min/max/reorder levels. Knowledge of asset management procedures, policies and information used to optimize inventory levels and/or fill rates (e.g., balance inventory levels against inventory carrying costs).
Process Management - Process Benchmarking and Mapping: Knowledge of and the ability to apply skills in benchmarking and process mapping techniques across a supply chain (includes internal and/or third party entities)
Supply Chain: Knowledge of elements that make up the supply chain and the interrelationship between these elements. Ability to manage and execute strategies across the supply chain to reduce costs and gain efficiencies in the completion of a quality finished good. Ability to analyze, balance, synchronizes and synergizes all internal and external resources and assets to ensure the progress and ultimate completion of a finished good.
Business Activity Processes: Ability to establish and define processes, and continuously monitor and improve processes to facilitate the execution of business activities.
Process Improvement: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement. Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems based solutions that will improve current state
Program Management: Knowledge of program management techniques and practices to drive execution of multifaceted integration projects.
Systems Management: Strong background in enterprise management software (SAP), procurement, manufacturing operations, and project management. Experience with cold fill and thermal process packaging is very beneficial
