Partner closely with regional and global product groups, as well as analytics, product delivery, HR, and marketing to consolidate business strategy and drive process optimization
Work closely with finance to facilitate the planning process and budgets for the Global Credit organization
Determine product KPIs, develop reporting processes and collateral, and consolidate results regularly for management review
Provide ad-hoc analysis to management and leadership teams with the goal of developing business and product strategies
Facilitate and lead meetings and planning sessions, driving discussion towards stated objectives
Qualifications
5+ years of business strategy, planning, analytics, and operations experience
Experience working collaboratively across function to develop and report KPIs, and move business processes forward
Experience partnering with finance to own planning and corporate ops budgets
Expert in building models and dashboards within Excel with a strong aptitude for data analysis
Proven track record of facilitating discussion with functional stakeholders to solve complex business problems and presenting solutions to management and leadership teams
Bachelor’s degree required
