You’ll be part of our Enterprise and Government Solutions unit, reporting to our National Sales Director, Government. With your entrepreneur’s knack for spotting opportunity and your exceptional people leading skills, you’ll work hand in hand with your portfolio to help them branch into new ventures and secure growth where they’re already strong.
In this position, you’ll:
Be someone up for a challenge and determined to pin down new contracts
Be accountable for the team’s sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with some of our largest government portfolio in WA
Help drive long-term revenue growth within local markets and customer portfolios
Be the voice of our customers, looking for ways we can develop mutually beneficial solutions that solve our customers’ needs while driving growth for our business
Help develop account strategies, providing input into budget, marketing and product planning
Drive overall customer retention with the goal of improving our NPS
Share industry insights and intelligence that inspires solution development and improves our customer knowledge
Negotiate contract renewals and ensure our ongoing commercial compliance.
What are we looking for?
Someone who’s familiar with using financial, economic and market data to drive portfolio growth strategies and close deals
Experience in working with government agencies on complex solutions and superior knowledge about working of machinery of government
Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques, account planning, portfolio management and reporting
Genuine interest for people leadership, coaching and performance management to drive success
Knowledge of new and possible technology offerings, as well as the industry’s major players
Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce is a plus
Great people skills and the ability to form strong working relationships with people at every level
