Finance Director Medical Devices Johnson & Johnson Buenos Aires

Role main responsibilities:
1) Provide strong Financial oversight and leadership regarding profitability, cash Flow and financial compliance to a multi country business unit.
2) Business Support Analysis: Collaborates with senior management to influence and shape business decisions and inspire change to support the long-term goals. Leads prudent risk taking to allow the Johnson &Johnson enterprise to grow in the future. Develops and implements scenario planning to react quickly to changing business dynamics.
3) Forecasting: Gains alignment with global/regional partners on business and financial strategy; anticipates additional long-term forecasting requirements and directs analyses; collaborates with key stakeholders and ensures that resources are aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
4) Technology and Improvement In Execution: Owns the implementation of a strategic vision for processes, systems, and technology. Partners with Information Technology to ensure the organization has the appropriate resources to implement new technology. Drives productive technology solutions to meet business needs.
5) Compliance: Ensures adequate processes are in place, documented, and tested to safeguard the assets of our entities. Ensures the organization stays compliant with all company and external guidelines and statutes. Ensures staff is knowledgeable about compliance changes and their implications. Identifies the potential impact for the company for possible changes to standardize compliance requirements
6) Cash Flow and Tax Strategy – collaborates with key partners in Tax and Treasury to optimize the business structure, build value and provide the proper levels and liquidity.
7) Projects: Lead to develop and implement complex projects that drive value creation and have implications across the J&J organization. Aligns and influences all key partners.
8) People Development: Takes a leadership role in influencing the broader succession planning and talent management processes. Recruits, coaches, and retains individuals that have diverse backgrounds to develop leaders for the future. Ensures staff members recruit, coach, and retain and top talent. Improves the power of diversity and inclusion.


Qualifications
1) Education level required:Bachelors/Master´s degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related areas; Finance certification (CPA, CMA or equivalent) or equivalent advanced degree.
2) Years of experience:requires (10-12) years related experience
3) Required skills: Strong experience and capability regarding strategic thinking and ability to influence; Ability to work with key stakeholders and build strong partnerships across all levels across the businesses;
Strong ability to influence and shape senior level business decisions;
4) Required Experience:Proven track record of delivering results as a Finance senior leader and demonstrated capability to manage complexity;
Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis;
Proven experience developing, leading and managing a large team that is spread across multiple countries;Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis;
Experience and track record of success in execution of both strategic and tactical plans to improve business performance; Demonstrated experience modeling ethical behavior in meaningful situations;
Deep understanding of the global, regional, regulatory environment; Experience in collaborating among senior management, business, and functional leaders
5) Language: Advance English and Spanish
6) Travel percentage [international]: 15%
7) Location of the role: Buenos Aires, Argentina
