We have an exciting opportunity here at Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation. We seek a Director, TAM to join our executive mgmt. team. This position is responsible for maximizing PlayStation's unique capabilities alongside our developers’ business vision to bring best in class entertainment experiences to a global audience.
Grow SIEA initiatives from both a business and a technical platform perspective.
Evangelize SIE's platform key initiatives.
Strengthen relationships with key partners to maximize engagement.
Maintain communication and governance with internal and external executive.
Analyze developer risks, then create and execute adaptive plans.
Collaborate with technical leaders and business teams to align on developer communications.
Develop processes to align technical account management team and internal business partners.
Lead a matrixed account team that involves multiple global and regional project teams.
Be an advocate to drive innovation, best practices, and process improvement.
Develop future leaders and maximize team efficiencies
Requirements:
Game industry experience required: Console or PC
Experience as an executive leader with a focus on relationship management and/or management consulting organization
Engaging people leader with proven ability to lead and inspire teams
Ability to partner with and influence client executives as a credible advisor
Strong understanding of all stages in the game development pipeline from pre-production to submissions
Ability to organize, prioritize and work within a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel
BA/BS degree desired
MBA a plus
Understanding of PlayStation platforms a plus
Global experience a plus
