We are looking for a Director of Supply Chain & Operations in our San Francisco, CA to help set up strategy for supply chain management.
This candidate will be extremely flexible and enjoy a “high-change” environment where priorities shift from day to day.
The Supply Chain Director is a critical role in the Supply Chain for delivering against aggressive & exciting Brand, Sales and Supply Chain initiatives. This role is the primary Supply Chain integration point for the cross-functional Memebox teams across the execution of a broad range of business and supply chain initiatives as well as the main contact with our Korea office.
What you will do?
Designated as “owner” of Supply Chain integration with cross-functional business partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration with Sales, Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain for alignment on key strategies and business priorities.
Lead project teams through the execution of new item commercialization; ensure successful, timely execution at cost and fill rate targets.
Own execution of key brand & sales tactics, including packaging & product changes, channels initiatives, promotional programs and more.
Identify and partner with cross-functional teams to drive/lead process improvement efforts around product and packaging execution.
Identify, sponsor and/or lead brand centric cost management opportunities.
Provide project management expertise to the Supply Chain and the broader Memebox organization.
Responsible for project management and execution of post-launch changes
Responsible for on time delivery, unit fill rate, cost savings, inventory accuracy/ control – both on-going management and reporting
Key participant in S&OP process, including analysis and recommendations

Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
Education/Training Required
BA/BS with an emphasis in Engineering, Business Operations or Supply Chain or other job-related field or equivalent business experience is required.
5+ years supply chain experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, preferably beauty experience.
Previous experience in leading mid to large sized project teams, with proven record of successful project execution.
Previous experience is required in the development and management of annual operating plans, operating budgets and analysis.
Travel Required
10% travel to manufacturing facilities.
