The Director Integrated Marketing Communications will report to the VP of Global Integrated Marketing Communications for SBG and is based in Mountain View, CA. This leader will provide leadership to the marketing team consisting of marketing professionals across advertising, media, sponsorships, PR, community, events & content. Responsibilities
Develop and bring to market a global brand campaign owning the creative development and media execution for all top of funnel activities & channels (TV, Social, Video, Sponsorship, PR, Community & Events)
Manage the team & key agency relationships to create & deliver campaigns that consistently deliver against campaign communications objectives
Build and manage a motivated, high-performing team of ~32 marketers, to drive excellent execution of the strategy
Qualifications
Qualifications
10+ years on marketing experience with an emphasis on creative brand expertise
Demonstrated exceptional leadership, management and communication skills, broad operating expertise and sound strategic thinking capabilities
Ability to influence & partner with key internal stakeholder teams: senior leadership, product marketers, marketing channel leaders, analysts, procurement and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward
Background in mobile… a deep understanding of mobile behaviors, and how that translates to building delightful mobile products, and impactful mobile marketing
Data-driven… understands and has experience leveraging data to create delightful end-to-end marketing and product experiences
Track record in driving rapid growth, and delivering on expected growth goals
Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals
